«Orphan's Fate» in Polish with a Parallel Translation

The novel depicts the lives of two orphans - Zhenya Yanovskaya and Yagusya Lindeman, who were separated during childhood and their lives were scattered in different parts of the Russian Empire. At different times in their lives, they confront injustice, cruelty, and hypocrisy of society, but they maintain their human connection and struggle for their goals and dreams.
